Pilates classes now at The Studio

PCRA is excited to announce that we have added pilates to our Studio class offerings.

Join us for one of our pilates Matwork and springboard classes Wednesday at 7:00am and Tuesdays & Fridays at 8:30am. There’s no monthly membership required; pay as you go for just $35 a class and get your first two classes for the price of one! Our studio location is steps away from the Pelham train station for an easy commute.

More Classes Coming Soon!

We are adding new classes to our schedule as fast as we can so stay tuned for more early morning classes and weekend classes!

Indoor Rowing Classes for All Experience and Fitness Levels!

The Studio at PCRA opened its doors in September of 2020 with outdoor classes in Wolfs Lane Park. Now, the Studio is pleased to hold our group rowing fitness classes in our newly renovated indoor rowing studio. We have classes every weekday morning and some Saturdays too! Join us Monday - Friday at 9:15am or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15am.

We keep our class sizes small to ensure our coaches can provide a personal experience for all athletes. Our coaches focus on injury prevention and prioritize correct rowing form.

Never rowed before? No problem! Our classes are suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Our coaches will help you learn the basics of the rowing stroke while getting a great workout in! The Studio’s indoor classes focus on a combination of cardio and strength fitness using both the rowing machine and bodyweight to give you a vigorous full body workout!

Rowing is a lifetime workout unlike any other. A unique combination of cardiovascular work and strength, indoor rowing offers the opportunity to improve your overall fitness. Rowing on an indoor rowing machine (“erg”) utilizes every large muscle group in the body for an unparalleled complete body workout. Join us and see how rowing works your legs, core, back, and arms unlike any other sport. If you need a break from spin, boot camp, the treadmill, or other group classes, it’s time to give rowing a try! Or if you’re just starting up a fitness routine, rowing is the perfect choice.
