What should I bring?

All you need for your rowing class is a water bottle, sneakers, and positive mindset! For our rowing classes our coaches recommend that you avoid wearing sweatpants if possible as they can get caught in the track. Leggings, fitted pants, or shorts are ideal.

For our pilates classes, grip socks are not required but please be prepared to work out in socks as you will be asked to remove your shoes before the class. We encourage bringing a water bottle and wearing athletic attire for the classes.

 

I have an injury, can I still row?

Most likely yes! When you arrive at the class please inform the coach of your injury and they will help that ensure you are rowing properly and without risking further injury. 

 

Are your pilates classes on the reformer?

No, our pilates classes are focused on the springboard, body weight and mathwork exercises.
